• Where is the race located?

  • The FIRM is located at 7266 Airport Rd, Starke, FL 32091. Please follow the event signage for additional directions through the grounds once you get to the venue.
     

• What does each ticket get me?

  • Each ticket is a 2-day ticket and valid for the whole weekend.
     

• Can I buy a ticket for one day of racing instead of the whole weekend?

  • Currently we have weekend tickets and Sunday-only tickets. Both are available for purchase online and at the box office. Each day brings an action-packed agenda with qualifiers, head-to-head battle racing, heats, semi-finals, and finals. You won’t want to miss any part of the weekend!
     

• Can I buy tickets at the event?

  • Day-of tickets will be available for purchase, but we will encourage every fan to purchase from their smartphones once on-site to help limit box office wait times and to have quicker access into the event. Ticketmaster fees will be limited for purchases at the box office.
     

• Can I bring cash?

  • Nitro Rallycross is a cashless event. Concessions, tickets, and retail are all cashless purchases. Payment includes a debit card or a credit card.
     

• I want to bring my kids. What are the age limits to purchase tickets?
   

  • There are no child tickets, but children 4 years old and younger get in free with an adult ticket purchase. Ages 4+ will need a ticket into the event.
     

• What can I bring into the event? What is not allowed?

  • Personal items at the event that are allowed are: bags, blankets, hand-held coolers, and chairs (in GA areas only).Personal alcohol, glass, firearms, rolling coolers and umbrellas are not permitted into the event.
     

• Do I have to pay for parking at the event?

  • The parking fee for the event is included in the ticket price, so you will not need to pay for additional parking when you arrive. This ensures all fans have no wait times to get into the parking lot.
     

• I want to bring in my RV. How do I buy RV parking?

  • To purchase RV parking, you will need to go to our Ticketmaster webpage and select the event tickets you would like to purchase. You will then have to “add on” the RV parking offer after you select your desired event tickets. The add-on offer will not show up on the initial ticketing page, but you can select this option prior to checking out. You will not be able to buy an RV parking pass without an event ticket.
     

• What does RV Parking entail?

  • RV parking allows ease of access to and from the event for the race weekend. It does not include any event tickets and does not have any associated amenities. It is a dry camping spot with no hook-ups and no viewing access to the event.
     

• What time can I park my RV?

  • RV parking is on a weekend basis only with load in at 9am the day before the event (Friday) and load out at 12pm the day after the event. You will not be able to park your RV during the event weekend.
     

• Can I bring my ATV with my RV?

  • You are permitted to park your ATV if you bought a RV parking pass. ATVs or RVs parked in general parking will not be permitted. 
     

• Can I camp on-site?

  • You are only permitted to camp on-site if you bought an RV pass. If you did not purchase an RV pass, you will not be permitted to camp of any kind on-site.
     

• I’m traveling into town for the event. Where should I stay? What’s near the track?
